Autodesk is currently looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Services Specialist to be based in Singapore to support our Korean Customers.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for handling order fulfilment and other inquiries from our customers. You are also expected to build and maintain relationships with our customers/partners and ensure high level of customer satisfaction. You would also be collaborating across functional teams to ensure that customer requests are handled appropriately and to ensure that all orders are in the order management system as per the agreed global and regional SLAs standards

Job Requirement:

- Should be proficient in Korean and English (Both written and spoken)

- Problem solving and critical thinking skills - Fast learner, takes initiative and independent

- Highly motivated and adaptable to fast changing environment.

- Experience in a customer service environment
