Job Description:

• - Manage customer service/ information counter
• - Attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries and feedback
• - Provide first cut assessment at concierge so that customers know what to do next
• - Provide directional assistance to the various zones
• - Any other duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service to customers

Requirements
