Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Description:

·         Responsible for inward/outward clearance and coordination with relevant stakeholders for fastest turnaround of vessel in port

·         Ship boarding whenever necessary including but not limited for the above-mentioned activities

·         Liaise with Terminal, MPA, ICA and Various port service providers for each ship-port interface event and progress

·         Handle issuance of shipping documents including bills of lading and invoices

·         Update shipment details on internal operation system

·         Build good relationship with customers

·         Gather customers' feedback for improvements

·         Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 1 years of experience in a Shipping Agency, preferably in Chemical Tanker operations

·         Well trained in shipping and ship-agency domain

·         Good communication skills

·         Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude

·         Possess skills to persuade and influence

·         Self-motivated and goal-oriented

·         Customer-oriented
