내용 | ABOUT DreamUs International: DreamUs International is the largest private operator of retail entertainment centre in Singapore with multiple outlets including Pororo Park Singapore and Tayo Station. Digital Marketing Specialist Job Summary: Development and implementation of business activation plans to drive visitation, revenue, and membership. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager in developing and executing the marketing strategy and campaigns to drive growth. Own building strong brand equity among target consumers. The successful candidate would be an excellent digital marketer, with in-depth social media marketing expertise and know-how. He/she would bring strong knowledge of brand building and use of digital vehicles including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), e-commerce platform, social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and a strong expertise in CRM. This proficient marketer would understand the consumer journey and be comfortable in developing in-house content, media buying, optimization and omni-channel shopping management. Responsibilities: • Support the execution of our marketing strategy/digital marketing roadmap. • Responsible for Content development in support of marketing campaigns and events. • Launch social advertising efforts including post boosting and optimizing in real-time at the content, ad, and audience levels to maximize performance based on KPIs. • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like digital content, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material). Manage alignment and expectation of respective IP owner. • Plan and manage Influencer/KOL community • Support execution of promotions, in-store sales, external events, pop-up stores. • Monitor competitors’ activities and propose/execute counter plans. • All other ad-hoc duties assigned. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years relevant marketing experience, with strong emphasis on social media marketing. • Strong knowledge in conceptualism, planning and execution of marketing activities. • Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills • Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges. • Diploma/Degree in any marketing discipline is an advantage.
