DreamUs International is the largest private operator of retail entertainment centre in Singapore with multiple outlets including Pororo Park Singapore and Tayo Station.

Job description:

• Support the Finance Manager to ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management

• Working closely with the Finance Manager for the preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks, such as but not limited to, AP & AR processes, General Ledger upkeep, Account and Bank Reconciliations, etc.)

• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities

• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines

• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required

• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Requirements:

• A degree in Accountancy.

• Good knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards and corporate tax and GST regulations.

• Focus, diligent and a ‘can do’ attitude.

• Be meticulous, analytical, “hands on” and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong technical, analytical and leadership traits with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of statutory regulations.

• Good knowledge with QuickBook accounting system preferred.
