· Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle and its processes - business development, quotation and negotiation, contract management (new and existing), review and signoff, PO, order fulfilment and billing management ·
Develop new business opportunities and prospects/pipeline
within the region, relevant to: · Develop new key accounts while maintaining strategic relationship with existing ones · Coordinate and liaise with management, internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs · Provide a seamless customer experience end-to-end, achieving customer satisfaction and resolve issues, where necessary, with consistent communication and liaison internally · Understand the SEA region’s market needs, conduct market research and prepare proposals for potential business opportunities · Deliver presentations relevant to digital solutions across all levels of the organization · Demonstrate product functionality and provide comprehensive overview of key business use cases to prospects
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field · Proficient in both Korean and English · 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Contract Management within the IT industry · Minimum 3 years of overseas service experience (Min. 1 year residing in Singapore) · Proven track record of sales achievements · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel · Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills · Strong problem solving, time management and communication skills · Self-motivated, has a good eye for business and meticulous · Able to work independently and within a team to deliver within given timelines · Able to build and maintain customer-centric relationships · Able to travel within the region |
