We are a global aeronautical trading company, specialising in aircraft parts and airport ground support equipment. We are currently looking for adequately qualified and motivated candidates to join our team.
Position: Bookkeeper (Full time)

We are not looking for a fully experienced Accountant.

Requirement
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to do a multitask
• Must have the ability to learn an internal Data Entry system (Pentagon System).
• Ideally have bookkeeping experience or Knowledge in Singapore
• Fluent English and able to speak Chinese or Korean would be advantage
Responsibilities:
Liaising with an External Accounts/Tax service Company for a preparation of monthly and Quarterly finance report including GST file and internal report.
Invoicing, managing accounts payable and receivables
Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards and expenses and others
Working time: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: Discussed upon Interview
Probationary period: 3months
