• Establish finance and accounting operational policies and processes, and follow and ensure the proper implementation of corporate governance policies and process improvements etc.

• Oversee & process employee’s claim reimbursements and Hands on supports to the local team for local approval & payment process via JIRA system

• Handle daily accounting operation using Zuora & SAP and manage periodic payment via E-Banking

• Manage month-end closing and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements to Head Office via DIVA system

• Assist to prepare of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts with Budget vs Actual analysis

• Manage daily cash-flow & communicate with HQ Accounting team in Japan monthly basis for loan request

• Associate with external service provider for preparing and filing tax return; Withholding tax, Value Added Tax & Corporate tax return

• Provide professional advice and assistance to support the company's business in terms of accounting, finance, and taxation, including credit control

• Work closely with finance management of Head Office in Japan as well as Reginal office in Singapore

• Address accounting audit and tax audit as necessary

• Ad hoc job as required

• Bachelor of Finance & Accounting or relevant field

• 7~10 years' experience in finance, accounting and tax role in industrial companies, or 4 years' experience in audit firm
