Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 (Depends on experience)
Description:
You will work as a key member of the Korean Inside Sales team to maintain customer loyalty, serve to exceed customers’ expectations and identifying upselling opportunities via telephone or other digital channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Proactive calling customer in database and generate new business. · Responsible for handling inbound enquiries, prepare quotes and actively following up with potential leads. · Maintain positive business relationships and improved customer satisfaction. · Meet targets assigned for new business drive and ramp to volume activities of new products releases. · Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives (including driving customer to online store). · Timely respond to calls / emails.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in an inside sales position within a chromatography or spectroscopy company would be a plus. · Excellent tele-sales skills preferably in a technical sales environment. · Must be Fluent in English and Korean, written and verbal. · Comfortable with communicating and presenting proposals via webex / MS Teams. · Enjoy working in a customer facing environment. · Competency of advance MS Excel functions is highly appreciated (vlookup, pivot tables & etc). · Meticulous, customer centric, proactive, goal-oriented and good time management. · Able to prioritize work in a fast pace environment. · Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
