They are on a lookout for a highly dynamic individual to join them as Helpdesk Specialist Responsibilities =============== - This is a desk bound position, which you are required to provide first level technical support to help customers through phone - You are expected to provide timely responses to enhance quality customer experience and handle high call rate during peak hours - Provide statistics and information on the nature of calls and the customers issues, especially when there are new promotions and product launches - Responsible for all calls assigned to from opening until closure - Responsible for all pending calls to be pro-actively monitored and being executed - Responsible for communication changes to customer / users and engineers - Responsible for analysing pending calls and actions taken to get these calls out of suspension - Make sure that calls will be acted upon and resolved within the contacted SLA times. - Provide 1st level resolution on Windows/Novell/Louts/Network and Service Request - Vendor Coordination - Meeting Minutes Generation Requirements ============= - Diploma in Information Technology, Computing - 2 years experience in a service industry preferably in Call Centre environment. - Good phone manner with a pleasant voice as well as attentive listening and communication skills - Must be conversant in MS office suite - Knowledge of Lotus Notes will be an advantage - Good command of spoken and written English and Korean - Candidates with customer service experience are preferred Remuneration ============================== 14 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave and 46 days of Hospitalization Leave Location : Central ============================== E-MAIL : hoin.lee@hotmail.com TEL : 9649-9479 |
