Tecwizhome is looking for a seasoned professional to help lead Tecwizhomes products sales and marketing in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This Sales assistant is responsible for developing and executing the overall market strategy   for Smart Home system; working with clients within the Home network / Home Automation system, Home Security system, Hotel Network system and VoIP telephone. This position offers the opportunity to use comprehensive industry knowledge and contacts to develop prospects and grow revenue for Tecwizhome’s advertising products. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a proven ability to analysis market. ◆ Responsibilities:         Contribute to the shaping of Tecwizhomes Singapore and ASEAN sales strategy while implementing Tecwizhomes corporate vision.         Assist in developing Tecwizhomes marketing, sales and public relations plan by providing market information and creative ideas.         Find and develop potential business opportunities         Establish a good relationship with constructor and builder, based on trust and mutual respect.         Meet and exceed country revenue targets.         Establish activities aimed at increasing Tecwizhome brand awareness and customer acquisition.         Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close key accounts.         Ensure full compliance to Tecwizhome standards, policies and best practices. ◆ Requirements:         Bachelors degree         At least 2 years experience in relevant field required.         Preferred knowledge of the home automation or home security market in the South East Asia region.         Exemplary communication skills (client calls, sales meetings).         Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up environment is preferred.         Excellent business acumen, selling, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills         Ability of PC and good command of Korean language is preferred.
