내용 | Company: US MNC - IT Company Job duties: - Planning the weekly call activities. - Document and track the status of customer renewal in the system. - Achieving a set revenue quota for renewals, services offerings, educational products and selected hardware and software products through tele-sales efforts. - Increase the awareness and closure rate of product/service within the end user renewal opportunity marketplace by direct involvement with the expiring customers and involving resellers to actively promote and renew the customer licenses. - Sell reinstatement programs for expired customers. - Evangelize the benefits of products/service to both end user and partners through periodic calls. - Respond to customer phone and email inquiries. - Promote training and development of authorized channel partners to enhance their skills.
