We manage accounting transactions, provide financial consultancy and training, and ensures that we all comply with legal, tax and internal requirements. Job Responsibilities & Tasks Own and solve queries from internal and external customers in the Asia Pacific region/countries for supported Global Shared Services Operations processes (Accounts Payable/Employee Reimbursement). Queries are via phone and email. Work closely with the appropriate people in operations and other organizations to analyze and solve the queries in an accurate and timely manner. Participate in project implementation Maintain one’s own performance metrics to meet target Identify process / productivity improvement opportunity using 6-sigma program Participate in ISO documentation and certification Ensure internal control compliance in one’s area of responsibility Provide back-up for one’s peer / department when required Participate in Business Continuity Plan Qualifications • Understanding of accounting principles and processes • Customer Service experience • Customer focus • Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean (Native) • Strong communication skills • Strong problem solving skills • Positive attitude • Fast learner • Team player For qualified or interested candidates, please email your resume to yuko.ota@hp.com or call +65 63131629 |
