내용 | Job scope responsibilities Operation (50%) • Documentation o Create process documentation • Ordering / Processing o Recruitment / Renewal of partner Process program fee order Input confirmation details into database Prepare agreement and collateral • Partner Support o Account setup for partners o Provide support on collateral, marketing materials to partners when requested o Update partner information on database and web site • Program Support o Support the program team on running training event o Update the program website • Reporting o Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly statistics Total number of users trained in the region Web traffic on ATC site Marketing (25%) • Preparing partner to be ready for product launch, product readiness, workshop and seminar o Work with Worldwide and local marketing team on product launch o Design and develop materials for marketing (poster, brand merchandize, banners...) • Drive Brand Awareness o Work with Worldwide and region team to generate brand awareness Project Development (25%) • Participate in program project to improve the program efficiency Requirements • Has experience o in operation and customer services o in project management or ability to running of project o in organizing/preparing event like workshop, seminar • Language o Due to the position is to support Apac region, candidate will need to have the ability to communicate in English, Korean and Japanese. o Written skill-English, Korean or Japanese.
