Job Responsibilities

• Fully manage all operations of the Korean user community
• Promptly respond to feedback users' questions in the group
• Coordinate with the CS department to manage the chat room
• Assist in the translation and proofreading of Korean (English to Korean or Chinese to Korean)
• Assist in the overall operations relating to Korean market

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or Business equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of event/community planning experience
• Proficient in English & Korean business communication
• Willing to commit overtime or reply enquiry due to different timezones
• First hand experience in being a 'group admin' eg. Telegram
