(SKIS 2020 Hiring Instructors for the Orchestra)

1. 목적(purpose)

❍ SKIS 오케스트라 운영에 따른 강사 채용(Employing instructors based on the operation of SKIS orchestras)

2. 모집부분 및 인원(Recruitment Parts and Personnel)

3. 지원 자격

❍ 음악대학을 졸업하고 다년간 해당분야의 연주경험이 있는 자

(a graduate of a music college and has years of experience in the field)

❍ 싱가포르 비자 소지자 (I/C, PR, DP) ❍ 교육공무원법상 채용 제한이나 결격사유 없는 자

4. 계약기간 : 2020년 3월 ~2021년 2월 28일

5. 레슨 요일 및 시간(Lesson days and hours)

❍ 횟수(number of times) : 주 1회 (화요일, 수요일, 금요일) 중 1일 (once a week(Tue, Wed, Fri))

❍ 시간(time): 15:45~17:15, 1시간 30분(1hour 30minutes)

※ 레슨 날짜는 협의 후 결정(The date of the lesson is decided after consultation)

6. 강사료

❍ 각 강사별 1회당 S$150(once a time, S$150)

- S$150 × 14주 × 주1회 = $2,100 (오케스트라 단원 60명 기준)

(S$150 ×14weeks × once a week = $2,100)

※ 오케스트라 수강 인원 변동 시, 강사료도 변동 될 수 있음.

(Instructor fees may also change when the number of orchestra students changes)

7. 지원서 접수(Application)

❍ 제출서류 : 지원서, 개인정보수집동의서(붙임 양식 참조)

(Documents to submit: Application form, Collection Of Personal Information Agreement Form(Please refer to the document attached)

- 지원서, 개인정보수집동의서에 서명 또는 날인 후 스캔하여 제출

(Application form, please sign and seal the Collection Of Personal Information Agreement form and submit a scanned copy.)

- 파일 제출 시 1개의 파일로 제출하고 파일명은 지원분야, 성명을 기재하여 제출. 예시) 바이올린_김○○, 첼로_이○○

(When submitting the document, submit as 1 file and save the document title as area/field you are applying for and name (eg: Violin_Kim_____ , Cello_Lee_____))

※ 졸업증명서 등 관련 증빙서류는 최종 합격자에 한해 제출하며 제출한 서류는 반환하지 않음

(Certificate of graduation and other related documents etc. Only the final shortlisted candidates will need to submit the documentary evidence. Submitted documents will not be returned to the candidates.)

8. 채용절차(Recruitment Procedure)

❍ 1차 서류 심사 : 2020. 3. 20.(금) 예정, 합격자에 한하여 개별통보

(1st Round — Document Screening Schedule — 2020. 3. 20. (Friday) -- Only successfully selected applicants will be contacted)

❍ 2차 면접 심사 : 2020. 3. 23.(월)~3.24.(화) 예정(대면 또는 화상면접)

(2nd Round—Interview Screening Schedule-2020.3.23.(Monday)~3.24.(Tuesday)

❍ 최종선발 : 2020. 3. 24.(수) 예정, 최종 합격자에 한해 개별통보

(Final Selection round: Schedule – 2020. 3. 24.(Tuesday) Only the final selected candidate will be contacted.)

※ 위 일정은 학교 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있으며 적격자가 없는 경우 채용하지 않을 수 있음(The above schedule may change depending on the school’s circumstance or situation. In the case where there is no qualified candidate, the school will not select anyone.)
