Job Description:

Responsible for inward/outward clearance and timely operations of assigned vessels
Liaise with stakeholders on the vessel’s progress as a shipping agent
Handle and issue shipping documents/invoices
Update shipment details into operational system
Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
 

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma certification, preferably in shipping-related studies
Possess skills to persuade and influence
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Customer-oriented
Fast learner with tremendously positive attitude
Able to start work within short notice
