This position will be based on-site at Samsung Electronics regional headquarters in Singapore.

You will come on-board as a HR Data Specialist, reporting to the Regional HR Strategy manager and working closely with the HR Shared Services Centre (SSC). You will work with HR data for 10 local offices across the Southeast Asia & Oceania region to:

• Partner with data governance stakeholders to identify data integrity gaps and follow up with issues to build a reliable HR database
• Conduct monthly headcount and new appointment closing exercise as a foundation for reporting to country business leaders
• Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover etc) and organization charts in line with restructuring or appointment changes across the region
• Present HR data in various forms that offer strategic insights for internal stakeholders and constantly explore new approaches to automate HR reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics or any relevant field
• Fresh graduate or 1-3 year working experience
• Advanced skills in Excel (Knowledge in Macro is a strong plus)
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn
• Interest in HR domain/ HR metrics knowledge / Experience with Workday preferred
• Fluent in English and Korean (verbal and written communication)
