Job Title: General Manager

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Required language (s): English
• At least 3 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Great organising skills & ability to act on own initiative.
• Assist on ad hoc assignment.
• Work together with Operation Manager on operations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
• Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. 
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. 
• Play a significant role in long term planning, including the overarching initiative to gear towards operational excellence.
