• Define competitive positioning and keep on top of broader industry developments.

• Build a deep understanding of client’s needs, followed by developing and steering product direction.

• Collaborate with engineers, dev-ops teams, sales and business managers to define, scope, prioritise and deliver products/features across platform.

• Help teams set hypotheses, test riskiest assumptions and break down complex problems into small steps.

• Reduce dependencies, remove blockers and co-ordinate with other stakeholders.

Qualifications



• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 3-5 years of product management experience in technology and financial services firms, ideally with sell-side (broker dealer) Forex coverage.

• Extensive background in project management and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated individual who can do research and analysis to develop product plans.

• Skilled in gathering user requirements and creating functional specification with design and user interface in mind.

• Familiar with end-to-end software development lifecycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Team player who can manage cross functional processes and timelines.
