Responsibilities:
• This is a 100% Sales Support and Account Servicing and Admin job
• Daily account servicing revolves around managing customers’ expectations, complaints and feedback.
• Work with Operations to ensure that vehicles are appropriately assigned to customers. Includes managing manpower and vehicle contractors to fulfill daily and event transport requirements.
• Support Project Executives by sending quotations, following up with Operations Personnel on managing and allocation of resources (ground operations + chauffeurs + cars)
• Administrative duties like billing, collating of jobs sheets, checking of sub-contractors’ invoices and collection of monies
• Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned
