Main responsibilities:

- Provide general admin and clerical support to the managing director and office manager

- Responsible for attending to visitors and phone calls

- Managing and liaising with external vendors and contractors for office maintenance and IT support

- Managing pantry supplies and courier services

Requirements:

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Familiar with an office environment

- Relevant experience will be a plus

- Basic MS office skills
