Outbound and New Product Prospecting

• Conduct outbound prospecting calls initially from lists provided by sales/marketing teams to assess business potential

• Conduct outbound prospecting calls from newly generated lists for the Korean market

• Conduct outbound nurturing calls to existing customers in the sales funnel

• Update CRM customer profiles during each outbound call to ensure the system reflects the current situation at customer accounts

• Ensure any created funnel are forwarded to client via the CRM system, as a sale opportunity at the account level in real time

• Total number of outbound calls per day should be no less than 50 and each call has to be updated in the CRM as an interaction history

• Fulfill the sales targets and expected KPIs

• Submit complete order package received from customer to Business Center as per company’s order acceptance policy

Requirements: • Language: Fluent English + korean is a must

• Education Background: Preferred Marketing OR min 2 years in telemarketing role

• Other skills: - Basic computing skills and data entry (SAP CRM knowledge a plus)

- Sales knowledge - Previously worked in analytical laboratory (plus point)                        - Previous sales experience in analytical industry (plus point)
