오픈 포지션

프리 세일즈 엔지니어/보안 전문가: 시큐레이어는 자립적이고 프로의식이 강한 중급이상 프리세일즈 엔지니어의 지원을 기다리고 있습니다. 싱가포르 및 주변국 전담 기술 전문가로서, 소프트웨어 제품 시연, 기술 문서 작성 및 기술 지원 제공을 수행하게 됩니다.

담당 업무

• Introduce SecuLayer's software products and articulate the value of it to various group of people including the customers, prospects and partners
• Develop and write technical documents and proposals and respond to tender documents, such as RFP (Request For Proposal) and SOW (Statement Of Work)
• Work closely with sales team member(s) throughout the selling process by technically engaging in business development stage
• Develop pre and post-sales materials for sales support
• Identify technical issues and customer's concerns and address them to deliver customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate the products and deliver PoC to successful outcome
• Deliver technical training and guidance to technical staff from partners

자격요건

• 3-5 years of system and security solution engineer and/or sales engineer/consultant in IT environment
• Subject matter expertise in information security technology such as SIEM, IDPS, Firewall, App/Web security and etc.
• Operating RDBMS server and SQL queries skillfully
• Writing technical documents and RFPs/RFIs
• Ability to handle technical issues with customer-oriented mindset
• Native or similar level of Korean and English speaker

우대 조건

• Field engineering and technical support experience for security devices and solutions
• Working experiences in security operation centre (SOC) and/or support team for SOC
• Understanding and interests in global cybersecurity trends and threat landscape
