<Job Description>

Procurement Coordinator (6months contract)

DP, PR and Singapore Citizenship holder

Working hour: 9-6pm (5days/week)

Paid Leave : 6days

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of purchasing duties
• Maintains records and files pertinent to purchasing information
• Performs a variety of analysis related to procurement.
• Works to understand and document existing processes, create pricing database
• Purchases materials and supplies
• Compiles, records, and tracks data regarding purchases, purchasing activities and pricing
• Within prescribed limits takes actions to ensure on-time delivery of material
• Coordinates return of rejected or unsuitable orders. Responds to requests for purchasing data and status of material activities.
• Provide solutions to a variety of routine problems of limited scope using application of basic principles, theories, and concepts
• Work mostly focused on tasks with supporting role on projects and programs

  Requirements:

• Min. degree in purchasing management
• Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant purchasing experience
• Basic working knowledge of principles and practices of area of specialty
• Proficient in area of specialty through practical experience
• Work direction given in tasks following detailed instructions with review of work by peers or upline and reliance on upline for problem resolution
• Knowledge of Korean language is preferred as role involved in working with Korean-speaking colleagues and/or suppliers.
