Job Summary :

1. Interact with Sales, marketing and finance to understand demand forecast drivers and align demand forecast with sales/finance revenue forecast.

2. Regularly review forecast key performances index, such as inventory turnover and stockout rate, conduct root cause analysis and come out with forward looking actions to address performance gaps.

3. Incorporate introduction of new products and end of sales of existing products into your demand plan consideration.

Job Scope :

1. Communicate and work with cross functional team: Sales team, Marketing team, HQ to derive optimal supply and production plan for both short and long-term.

2. Generate both long-term and short-term sales forecasts for all products through demand analysis.

3. Handle operational issues associated with supply or demand volatility in warehouse and stores including - but not limited to - supply constraints, production or transportation issues, compliance issues, unexpected demand.

4. Daily Order fulfillment and inventory management with SAP.(Processing, Monitoring and Expediting)

5. Manage 3PL forwarder and warehouse for all import & export shipments.

6. Liaise heavily with 3PL to ensure that delivery schedule is out timely.

7. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize inventories between system and physical stock.

8. Analyze and date mine sales & purchase or related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation at store level.

9. Ensure the proper maintenance of master data.

10. Ad-hoc projects/tasks.
