We have immediate opening for an experienced (3-5 years) specialist in Post-Fixture Operations.

Job Descriptions:

• Peruse Charter-Party terms and ensure strict adherence and execution
• Ensure optimal voyage performance and minimize operations cost
• Conduct timely operation procedures of each assigned voyage
• Trouble-shoot operational issues
• Liaise with stakeholders including the vessel, ship-manager, owner, charterer, broker, port agent, etc.
• Create and manage shipping documents
• Study each port agency’s PDA prior to nomination
• Operate voyage system and provide timely update
• Conduct ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec certification, preferably Diploma and above in shipping-related studies
• A positive and motivated learner with a strong goal and customer-orientation
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills to persuade and influence
• Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude to serve
