Marine Executive

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

• Generate sales orders for invoicing
• Prepare invoices for billing and mailing
• Resolves customers queries on billing matters in a timely and professional manner
• Timely filing of records

Operations:

• Coordinate, maintain proper and efficient records of yard/wharf movements of tugs and barges
• Liaise with subcontractors/crew on tasks allocated
• Manage and update ships certificates and crew certifications
• Administer crew leave
• Assist Manager in day-to-day administration and operations matters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE’O’ level
• 1 year’s working experience in marine industry advantageous
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and responsible and manage multiple priorities
• Team player with good attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-Starter and Meticulous
• Good at multitasking
