POSITION          SALES & OPS EXECUTIVE

POSITION SUMMARY
· Manage domestic & international key accounts of Import & Exporting LG Household & Healthcare(LGHH) cosmetics and household good products between HQ(Korea) and South East Asian(SEA) countries
· Support for sales analysis alongside to strategize on promotions & operations  for sales team. 
· Reports to the Sales & Ops Manager and Sales & Ops Asst. Manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the reporting Manager to deliver & manage sales to penetrate LGHH products in the South East Asian countries (Domestic & International)

SALES EXPERT 
One of key team members to develop & manage new South East Asian distributors providing sufficient LGHH products. Also will be the key member to develop in sales and retail analytical skills to manage the various stores that the company is in operation with.  

ADMINISTRATIVE WORK 
· Management of import & export sales for the SEA region and communicating with the HQ
· Managing sales orders for domestic & international businesses.
· Accurate and timely delivery of sales reports
· Assist the reporting manager in in sales & ops admin

QUALIFICATIONS
· 1-2 years’ work experience in trade marketing or retail ops in beauty or FMCG retail.  Ambitious, hard-working fresh grads will be considered. 
· Degree/Diploma in Business may be an advantage. 
· Adapt with Microsoft Office. Good with utilizing SAP is an advantage. 
· Excellent written and oral communications, ability to communicate with different cultures  and with retailers and senior/international management.
· Self-starter and team player. 
· Conscientious with work quality, adheres to timelines and deadlines.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Good spoken Korean
· Qualified to travel abroad.
