내용 | Job descriptionAPAC Inside Sales (Japanese / Korean)
This role will own a territory or region where the primary objective for success is increasing the transaction value or conversion of a product through cross selling or up-selling on an existing technology service and support contract. Depending on the client engagement, this could include up-sell or cross-sell of product conversions or add-ons, complex warranty conversions, increasing services levels or combating highly competitive offerings from the market.
Role will require the need to have a high level of influence over the sales cycle, ability to retain technical expertise and objection handling. Strategic Inside Sales Specialists will need to provide accurate sales forecasting and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
