DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Uphold and strive for service quality and excellence in day-to-day business operations; e.g.
ensuring a smooth running of business operations in assigned centre, centre upkeep to its
pristine condition, manage all customer-related issues, ensure satisfactory and timely resolution,
compliance to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
2. Supports ACSM/SCSE in implementing customer engagement activities to promote customer
satisfaction and retention
3. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients so as to achieve highest customer
satisfaction and retention level
4. Build and maintain good relationships with all key stakeholders (both internal and external)
5. Constantly look out for continuous improvement opportunities in business operations through
innovation - e.g. identify customer service trends and determine system improvements
6. Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high
customer satisfaction
7. Possess some commercial and financial awareness – always looking out for value for money in all
purchases and aid company in achieving cost savings through improving efficiency
8. Supports ACSM/SCSE in achieving overall financial goal for the city through inventory
management control and cost-saving initiatives.
9. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional
publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
10. Improves customer service quality – e.g. maintaining contact with customers and ensure
compliance of SOP.
