[Key Responsibilities]

• Oversee the concierge counter at the Office Tower Lobby
• Manage and handles all tenants/guests enquiries
• Use the Visitor Management System to register guests/visitors, including exchanging of passes for visitors
• Provide directions and assistance to tenants/guest
• Assist the management team on the day-to-day operations

[Key Requirements]

• Diploma or Degree with 2 years of customer service experience in Hospitality/Concierge equivalent role
• Team player with good interpersonal, initiative and communication skills

[Other Information]

• Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (8am to 6pm). May be required to work shift and on public holidays in the future. 
• Uniform will be provided
