We are looking for an additional Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. Our requirement as per below:

Responsibilities:

*   Attend and respond efficiently to customer enquiries, provide quotations and process orders

*   Maintain good relationship and rapport with customer’s buyers

*   Solve problems independently or with little assistance

*   Liaise with purchasing and logistic team to ensure smooth deliveries

*   Work as a team with other Sales Coordinators to meet budget, KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.

*   Provide good support and customer feedback to the Area Sales Manger

Requirements

*   Min qualification: Diploma

*   Min 3 years sales working experience – preferably in sales

*   Experience in distribution company is an added advantage

*   Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with different cultures, nationalities and seniority of people

*   Responsible, ability to multi-task and prioritize and possess a good sales and service attitude.

*   Good communication skills, ability to work independently and as well as a team

*   Good working knowledge of MS Office (Words, Excel and Power Point) and ability to learn new CRM and ERP software applications
