Shipping Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform all shipping functions including shipping database update and necessary operations support
• Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment scheduling and document preparation
• Handle full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documents
• Follow up shipments/orders with vendors/ customers and answer their correspondence independently
• Assist in shipment claim
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader
• Daily communication with customer

Requirement :

• Diploma or above in Shipping Studies or related discipline with 3-5 years shipping experience is preferred but not must
• Familiar with worldwide I/E procedures
• Able to handle full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documents will be plus but not must
• Able to work independently, under pressure, self-motivated, responsible and stable
• Attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English and Korean
• Proficiency in PC knowledge
