Job Description

This role involves in active participation in negotiations and securing of Indent orders and conclusion of contract/PO acceptance. Review and drive approval per process_policy for non-standard terms prior to concluding a deal. It includes participation in local country tender process. This specialist should have local language skills and strong business knowledge to be able to effectively address customer requirements.

Key Performance Metrics

1. Timely execution of contract reviews, negotiation and securing Indent orders per policy
2. Timely review and approval/rejection of Indent purchase orders per policy
3. Execution of Indent Sales Operations model
4. Business process compliance (sales and operations)
5. Support Business growth
6. Drive Sales and operations team adherence to indent model and process
7. Determines and develops approaches to assignments
8. Leads projects/ processes requiring coordination with other functions
9. Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent plus at least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Operations/Contract Operations Specialist
2. 3 years Sales process and contract/PO negotiation experience
3. Have strong business skills and knowledge of the sales process
4. A finance background would be valuable
5. Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions
6. Proven track record of meeting goals
7. Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to deliverables
8. Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management
9. Mandarin and Korean skill is required (read and write)
10. Work location in Singapore
11. Singaporean or SPR only
