Provide day-to-day HR Support to the team and business to achieve operational and strategies objectives.

자격요건

Qualification and Experience

• -Minimum Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred or any relevant business field
• -HR Executive – At least 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
• -HR Senior Executive – At least 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
• -Competent in Singapore Employment Laws & local company practices

Skill Sets

• -Experience in SAP & Times Software is an advantage
• -Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel, Powerpoint
• -Business Acumen/Commercial Awareness and numerically inclined
• -Research, analytical and problem solving skill
• -Abreast of market best HR practices
• -Stay current on statutory and labor market changes and trends
• -Strong written and oral communication
