v Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent plus typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations team or as a Sales Account Manager

v 3+ years Sales process and contract/PO negotiation review experience

v Have strong business skills and knowledge of the sales process

v A finance background would be valuable

v Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions

v Proven track record of meeting goals

v Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to deliverables

v Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management

v Mandarin_Korean language skill is required (read and write) in order to support counterparts in these regions.
