DUTIES:
•You shall work as a team, developing new accounts and servicing existing customers.

•Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share.

•Conducting market research to prospect for new business.

•Developing new accounts by proactive sharing of market information and providing value add services to improve customer relationship.

 
•Analysing and observing changes in the market/industry.

 
•Developing and maintaining a portfolio of customers’ contacts and update changes.

•Gathering and analysing competitive data and information, market trends and statistics.

 
•Communicating and increasing awareness to improve the Company’s profile and branding in the marketplace.

 
•Visiting customers at their offices to meet face to face to gather information and understand their requirements.

 
•Entertaining customers to develop relationships with traders.

•Taking incoming calls and prepare well to make quality customer response on transactions made.

•You shall participate in annual energy conferences to meet/interact with oil traders and Platts/Reuters/reporters to cultivate relationships and gather information.

•Understanding the Company systems and operating processes and working closely with administration staff to ensure quality processes and accurate documentation are maintained for billing, recording and collection.
 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or recognized Diploma.
• Self-driven, pleasant disposition, hardworking with a positive mindset.
• Multi-lingual skills are preferred (Asian/European).
• Trading or broking knowledge is an advantage.
