[Job description]
Admin and Secrerarial duties(50%)
- Develop and implement office procedures
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate - Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines - Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items - Respond to questions and requests for information - Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed - Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company activities
Marketing and Business development(50%)
- Support marketing in organizing various projects
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires - Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) - Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success - Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts - Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing or business development(Ambitious fresh graduate is also welcomed)
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a office environment - Good understanding of office management and marketing principles - Degree (diploma with experience can also apply) in Marketing, Business or relevant field - Ability to write and read Korean is a strong advantage - Open to Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residence |
