We are currently seeking candidates for Accounts and Admin Exec to work in our office in Singapore. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an on-site interview. A candidate must hold a Singapore citizneship, PR or DP. 

Job responsibilities

Accounts

1. Responsible for daily accounts related matter (include cheque/cash payment, bank receipt, AR/AP transactions)
2. Preparation of full set accounts
3. Manage cash flows
4. Preparation and submission of GST/income tax returns
5. Preparation of staff claims/reimbursements
6. Preparation of budgets and forecasts

Administration

1. General admin
   1. Prepare documents in Korean and communicate with Korean partner companies
2. Sales
   1. Prepare Quotations, send, maintain quotation ledger
   2. Prepare Sales Orders, send (if applicable), maintain SO ledger
   3. Prepare Delivery orders, invoices to customer, send documents to customer, maintain SO / Invoice / Delivery ledger
3. Purchasing
   1. Prepare Purchase order, monitor delivery, maintain PO ledger.
4. Logistics
   1. Arrange shipments and prepare shipment related documents.
