New4U System 말레이시아 법인에서 Network Engineer를 모집합니다.

Network Engineer 1명

경력 4년 이상
업무 영어 필수

2. 수행 업무 

Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in IT/Infrastructure support which include TCP/IP, LAN/WAN operations, Cisco voice networking and/or networking hardware required
• Knowledge in routing/switching technologies, firewalling & encryption systems, protocols (VPN, IPSEC & SSL), F5 and Bluecoat
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Network
• Ensure 24x7 standby for severity level of incident

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, configuration, testing, integration/migration, commissioning and documentation of network infrastructure
• Emergency support for infrastructure issues and system alerts through monitoring
• Project management & collaboration with all other departments’ engineers and senior manager
• Monitoring management with monitoring supervisor and agents
• Infrastructure maintenance support for problem management and incident escalation
• Interface with customers, partners and vendor support resources as needed to deliver services through SLAs
• Daily routine operation works

3. 근무시간:  오전 9시 - 오후 6시 (주 5일)
