The Transactional Specialist is responsible for maintaining strict service levels (SLAs) 
with client activities and keeping accurate records of business activities 
including detailed information on Agreements/Orders, exceptions and queries, 
outstanding problems and executive approvals as outlined by Legal & Finance. 
The Transactional Specialist must accept and deal with customer communication for agreed languages. 

<Responsibility>

• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar customer focused role 
• A third level Degree is desirable, preferably in a business and language discipline 
• Excellent communication skills – Korean and Chinese speaking and English as second language would be beneficial. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and with business systems 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team 
• Strong administration and organization skills
