내용 | Our client, a MNC is looking for Customer Service Representatives Responsibilities: •To provide courteous and professional technical support via phone and e-mail to customers •Work with minimal supervision on assigned tasks and provide assistance as required to other Service Representatives •To prepare reports Requirements: •Team player with excellent interpersonal & communications skills, both oral and written particularly e-mails •Excellent demonstrated customer service skills •Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills •Broad awareness of game consoles •Awareness of games and electronics customers’ needs •Working knowledge of operating systems & microcomputers would be an asset •Effective learning skills •Ability to work in a fast paced environment •Ability to work various shift including weekends, evenings and statutory holidays •Able to work with others in a team environment as well as deal with the public Interested candidates, please email your detailed resume to: jpsptp@jac.com.sg |
