Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative support to the marketing department
• Preparing presentation materials, reports, research for sales and trading activities in Singapore for Korea based SME clients
• Conduct market research
• Consult clients for trade-related issues or process etc.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Bachelor’s degree majored in marketing, or equivalent in relevant fields
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once whilst maintaining outstanding attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to share ideas and work well in a team environment, proactive approach to tasks displaying initiative
• PR or DP holder
