Working Hour: Mon - Fri 9AM~6PM (Overtime payment applicable for those who receive below 2500)

Hiring Type: Full-time, 1 year contract base (Will be reviewed for permanent after a year)

Benefits: Medical & Dental benefit applicable, 14 days of AL

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
    1. Answer and direct phone calls
    2. Organize and schedule appointments
    3. Maintain contact lists
    4. Book travel arrangements (Air tickets & Hotels)
    5. Submit and reconcile expense claims
    6. Provide general support to visitors
    7. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    8. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
    9. Maintain full office management - order office/pantry supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    10. Maintain and monitor office contracted vendors (Cleaning, Supplies on rent, extra)
    11. Submit claims, issue corporate checks, handle corporative bills/payments
    12. Manage Corporate Hotel list & prices
    13. Any Ad Hoc inquiries from management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or Office admin assistant preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in English & Korean to handling queries from both local/HQ
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Diploma and above; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Monthly basic salary 2,300 or above (Negotiable), according to the capability & experience of the candidate
  • DP, PR and Singapore Citizen are preferred. (No SP Quota available)
