Customer Service – Korean Speaking Job Desciption

· Handle incoming emails and phone queries on gaming Requirement:

· Must be fluent in conversational Korean and English

· Strong in both written and communicating in Korean

· Ability to communicate Korean via email

· Ability to deliver excellent customer service quality

· Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective and give in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support

· Ability to solve and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines

· Able to work shifts on public holidays and weekends

· Team player

· Those with strong interest in games are preferable
