람정제주개발㈜는 란딩국제개발㈜의 자회사로 제주도의 서남쪽에 위치한 “제주신화월드”를 세계적인 관광명소가 될 복합리조트로 개발하고 있습니다.
올해 말 개관 예정인 제주신화월드 내의 호텔은 총 2천실 이상 규모의 객실을 갖추게 되며, 그 중 메리어트 리조트&스파는 제주도의 남서쪽, 약 250만 평방미터의 대지에 자리잡은 제주신화월드 내에 위치해 있습니다. 630개의 객실을 갖추게 될 제주신화월드 메리어트 리조트&스파는 두 단계에 걸쳐 개관할 예정입니다. 486개의 객실은 올해 말에, 나머지 144개의 객실은 추후 오픈 예정입니다. 대형 피트니스 센터, 메인 수영장 및 어린이용 수영장, 25m 길이의 좁고 긴 형태의 실내 랩풀 등 다양한 휴식시설을 갖출 예정입니다.

테마파크, 워터파크, 호텔, 쇼핑가 및 빌라로 구성된 제주신화월드는 2017년 하반기에 1차 오픈 예정이며,

전체 시설은 2019년에 완공예정으로 순항 중입니다.

저희 람정제주개발 테마파크 조리팀에서 Asian Food Street의 Chef de Cuisine을 맡아주실 조리 경력자를 채용합니다.
말레이시아 & 싱가폴 요리 가능자 (필수), 타이 & 베트남 요리 가능자 선호


[담당업무]
You will be responsible for assisting the opening of the Asian Food Street and set up of Jeju Shinhwa World standards and job practices, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
Understands the role food production plays in creating the excellent food and beverage experience
Shows deep insight in identifying/anticipating and satisfying customer needs and expectations
Works relentlessly to ensure professional, quality work standards
Familiar with current culinary trends and methods


[자격요건]
Qualification in kitchen production and management
Skilled in Malaysian and Singapore Cuisine, Experience in Thai and Vietnamese a plus but not essential
Good guest relations skills
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn all the ordering and recipe systems
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Minimum 2years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous chef in Banquet or restaurant of hotel
Preferably with experience in luxury international brands or in opening of hotel or big food’s market
Excellent communications skills; speaks clearly, concisely and with confidence
Fluent in written and spoken Korean. Good spoken English and/or Chinese with basic written English skills an advantage but not essential
