This person will handle mostly outbound customers that prefer to communicate in Korean. In addition to cover the local business hours (8am - 5pm). As such this role requires someone who is native in Korean and fluent in English.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by growing business and revenue within the assigned account list
• Creating strong relationships with key decision makers
• Building contact list through outbound communication
• Educating accounts, prospects and decision makers on Shutterstock enterprise products and value proposition
• Strengthening Shutterstock awareness within assigned territory or account list
• Must be highly organized, have a talent for multi-tasking and be able work independently as well as within a team

Requirements: 

• Able to conduct business and negotiate contracts in English and Korean
• Experienced with cold calling and converting lapsed accounts.
• Effective with email or phone in reaching decision makers and closing sales
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience
• Proven results in consistently exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to foster relationships with key decision makers
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate current and future business requirements
• Industry related experience a huge plus (stock photography, publishing or advertising)

모집분야 2 : 고객지원 경력직원 (6 months contract, Based on performance, move to Full-time basis)

This person will handle inbound customers that prefer to communicate in Korean. In addition to cover the local business hours. As such this role requires someone who is fluent in Korean and English.

Core Responsibilities:

• Determine the best product for customers via phone
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Navigate customer organization to find additional opportunities and contacts
• Attend to all aspects of customer service in courteous and professional manner
• Patiently assist customers with varying technical skills
• Accumulate customer feedback for product research and development
• Multitask in fast paced environment with high volume of communications
• Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes
• Must be highly organized, have a talent for multi-tasking and be able work independently as well as within a team

Requirements: 

• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Korean and English language
• Ability to write in Korean and English without grammatical or spelling errors
• 2+ years of successful Customer Service experience
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• BA degree is preferred
