아는분이 한국어 하는 (로컬 포함) 분을 Customer service(CS) 분야에 급하게 찾고 있습니다.

금속 제조 회사이고요, 한국 고객이 유치되어 한국어 오더/상담을 맡을 사람 찾고있으나 영어또한 능통해야 한다고 합니다.

경력직으로 3년 정도 금속/전자 제품 CS 경력자를 구한다고 합니다. IT CS 경력은 해당되지 않는다고 하네요. 위 연락처로 이력서 송부 바랍니다. 비자 지원 된다고 합니다. 

Responsibility 

Process inquiries and enter customer orders.
Manage customer order from receipt through shipment which including Export compliance, PO customer/industry spec verification/ clean order validation, freight mode, etc.
Involve in collection process, including cash-in-advance, sight draft, L/C mode of payment to facilitate order releases.

Tracking Shipment Delivery 

Requirement 

• Preferable Diplomain Business/Engineering with equivalent years of experiences
• 2-3 years’ related experience (Manufacturing CS)
• Product and System knowledge & MS Office Skills
• Customer Service Orientated
• Systematic and Organized
• Team Player
• Good command of English
