Positions required for Accounting and Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Control all functions in accounting and finance; Cashier, bookkeeping, budgeting and expenditure estimates, control Singapore tax system  including Withholding Tax, GST, Corporate income Tax, Other Tax and preparing audit report.

• Target strategies, plans of finance and accounting based on the mission and goals of the company and contribute to managers/directors.

•  Prepare the financial information and accounting system into the computer system with the Operation manager.

• Check and close B/S, I/S for internal report in every month.

• Control the flow of money efficiently.

• Sales and Collect Report/Documentation to show the financial position of the company and submit to/inform the Managing director.

• Monitor, Scan, Control the A/P and A/R according to company system.

• Check the sales to the marketing department.

• Distribute a report of expense/revenue/profit according to the company model regulations.

• Human Resource and Administration including recruit, payroll and etc.

Accountant Skills and Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years’ experience in Accounting
2. Bachelor’s Degree
